These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Cortigile, s.r.o. and the customer regarding the sale of Sniffy products and digital content through the website https://sniffy.cz.

1. Operator

The seller is Cortigile, s.r.o. The contact e-mail for orders, complaints and legal enquiries is info@sniffy.cz.

2. Subject of performance

The subject of performance may include, in particular, software, licences, digital content, download access, additional services and related devices or accessories according to the current offer on the website.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The purchase contract is concluded by submitting the order and its confirmation by the seller, or at the moment of receipt of payment where this is customary given the nature of the offer. The information provided in the order must be true and complete.

4. Price and payment terms

Prices are stated including or excluding VAT depending on how they are shown in the ordering process. Payment is made through the available payment methods stated during ordering. Tax documents are issued electronically.

5. Delivery of digital content and licences

Digital content is made available in particular through a user account, a download link or another electronic method. If the product includes a licence or device activation, the customer is obliged to use the product only in accordance with the terms of the specific licence and the technical limitations of the service.

6. User account and devices

The customer is responsible for securing their account and for the accuracy of the data used when activating and managing devices. The provider may restrict or block access if it detects misuse of the service, a breach of the licence or a security incident.

7. Withdrawal from the contract for digital content

If the customer is a consumer and, before the digital content was made available, expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period and was informed of the consequences of such consent, they acknowledge that they may lose the right to withdraw from the contract to the extent established by law.

8. Complaints and support

In the event of a defect, a failure of delivery or a need for support, contact us at info@sniffy.cz or via the contact form. We handle complaints without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

10. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be reasonably updated. The wording effective on the day the order is submitted is decisive for a specific order.
