These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Cortigile, s.r.o. and the customer regarding the sale of Sniffy products and digital content through the website https:\/\/sniffy.cz.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Subject of performance<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The subject of performance may include, in particular, software, licences, digital content, download access, additional services and related devices or accessories according to the current offer on the website.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. Conclusion of the contract<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The purchase contract is concluded by submitting the order and its confirmation by the seller, or at the moment of receipt of payment where this is customary given the nature of the offer. The information provided in the order must be true and complete.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

7. Withdrawal from the contract for digital content<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If the customer is a consumer and, before the digital content was made available, expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period and was informed of the consequences of such consent, they acknowledge that they may lose the right to withdraw from the contract to the extent established by law.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
